From the Biggin Hill end of Layhams road go past the football pitch on your left, look for the 40mph sign on the left hand side. Immediately after you will have a slight left hand bend followed by a slight right hand bend after which the next right (opposite Holmshaw Farm) will be the entrance to the inustrial units.

From the West Wicham end of Layhams Road, you will pass open fields on your left followed by a group of houses, continue for some distance along Layhams Road past the left hand hairpin bend. You will then see a large chimney stack in the distance on your left. Contine on Layhams Road until you see a black and yellow sign on the left for Shellen Valley. Our entrance is immediately after this sign on the left opposite the Warbank Sports and Social Club sign.
