Red Bull Soundclash at The Roundhouse-Camden

After working on a few recent jobs for Jazzie B from Soul 2 Soul, he asked us to provide a sound system for him for a sound clash at The Roundhouse in Camden.

We provided a Funktion-One system consisting of on each side, 8 Funktion-One Res 5 cabinets, 6 F121 bass bins, powered by 2 FFA 10000 running the 21's, 2 FFA 6000 running the low mid, and we debuted the new FFA 4004 4 ch with the Res 5's which ran the high and high mid. All amplification was run via Funktion-One Xo4a processors run with wireless audiocore.

Pioneer Cdj 2000's also made a debut on this gig which ran into a Formula Sound FF6000 dj mixer along with a pair of Funktion-One Res 3's and a pair of 218's taking care of the sound in the dj booth for Jazzie.

Mc Chickaboo used a Shure Beta 58 and had foldback via a pair of Funktion-One RM18 monitors.

The sound was run through a Midas Venice 160 mixer with just a couple of dbx comps, keeping the signal chain as clean as possible.
