Date: Friday 20th October 2006

Time: 8pm start-6am Finish

Client: MFM

Venue: The Great Hall-Alexandra Palace

Below are a list of photos taken before and during our yearly Alexandra Palace gig for MFM. The event was a complete success due to the many weeks of organisation between Curt, Andy and Chris.

Johnson Igbinovia from MFM comments: We have used Sound-Services for all of our events as they have a professional attitude towards our shows and the sound has always been crystal clear compared to sound systems we have hired in the past. I was able to walk around the whole of the venue, and I could hear the person who was speaking just as well at the back of the hall as when I was infront of the stacks at the front. Thankyou for all your hard work guys, and we will be in contact with you very soon.

Curt from Sound-Services comments: It was an extremely long day for us all but well worth it. The weeks of planning and effort payed off, and the satisfaction value was immense. There were 6000 people at the event, and flying the Funktion-One Res 5's was the only way to ensure that everyone in the audience could hear.

We used a total of 10 Res 5' a side, with 8 Funktion-one F218 bass bins a side, with 4 Res 2's used as infills. A total of 14 Sennheiser EW300 series radio microphones were used. The system was powered by QSC Powerlite amplification, and processed by XTA 226+SIDD'S. The sound was mixed both front of house and monitors on an Allen And Heath GL2400 32 channel.

Below: The Res 5's get flown into position for sound check.
